Toys for Christmas Campaign

Santa's elves have been furloughed, so please give generously.

As Christmas approaches, the hardship caused by lack of income in Ibiza and Formentera this year is beginning to bite. There are thousands of disadvantaged families on the island right now, and the number which is expected to rise.

Local charities Ibiza Food Bank and Equip Voluntari are collaborating with another wonderful initiative to help 200 families with children - launching a campaign to ensure that no child is left without a gift this Christmas.

We can all help them by donating a toy or gift. Please wrap your present and clearly mark it boy or girl, with the approximate age, and deliver it to your local collection point. There are 3 age groups; Infants and toddlers from 0 to 36 months, Children 3 to 12 years, Adolescents 13 to 18 years.

Unused second hand toys in mint condition, which are still boxed, will be very gratefully accepted too. So please have a look at what you already have in the home.

Various collection points have been set up around the island in the following locations:

Kaffein, Paseo S'Almera, Santa Eulalia
Elysian garden Art and Dreams, KM5 Es Canar road, Santa Eulalia
Can Garage, Km 3.3 Ibiza to Santa Eulalia road, Santa Eulalia
