Pintxa San Antonio food festival
Every Thursday from 20 March until 17 April, from 19:00
If there's one event in the popular resort/town of San Antonio that can be described as unmissable at this time of year, it's Pintxa San Antonio. Held annually, this gastronomic gala is a holy grail for the island's gourmets. The Pintxa is a competition among the local bars who offer a "pintxo" (a mini appetiser pierced with a cocktail stick and often served on bread) with a soft drink, glass of beer or wine.
Around 20 bars and restaurants in San Antonio will be taking part, offering a tasty choice of very reasonably priced signature pintxos and tapas. Going from one to the other is easy, what's more, thanks to the tourist train kindly provided by the town council. Eat, drink, be merry and get around safely at this fun fair of fine food.
Moments in Time, presents Nick Mulvey at Teatro Pereyra
4 April, from 19:00

The highly gifted British musician, singer and songwriter Nick Mulvey will hold his debut concert Moments in Time on the White Island at Teatro Pereyra - in Ibiza Town. A Mercury Music Prize nominee, the Cambridge-born artist will offer an intimate performance of his characteristically emotive, introspective songs alongside local artists. The evening will end with a session by OpenLab DJs. With intricate guitar playing, poetic lyrics that showcase his deep-felt social, cultural and ecological awareness, and eclectic musical influences, this concert promises to be a highlight for lovers of the genre.
Stocks Fair in Santa Eulalia
Saturday, 5 April, from 10:00
Another Santa Eulalia evergreen, the stocks fair sees the town's stores sell off last year's stock in a fun outdoors setting.
Shoppers can find anything from toys and flowers, fashion and accessories, to footwear, household items and a great deal else. Throw in a broad range of tasty snacks served up at street stalls, concerts, inflatable castles and lots of kids activities, and you have the makings of a fun day out for all the family.
Ibiza Half Marathon
5 April, from 10:00
Held annually, this 21-km challenge takes runners from the town of San José to Ibiza Town. Along the route, they will traverse splendid coastal scenery such as the beach of Cala Jondal, typical rural areas, pine forests and coves.
The Ibiza Half Marathon will be accompanied by musical performances and sports demonstrations.
Red Bull Ibiza Royale
7,8 & 9 April

A novelty on the island, the 1.4-km long Red Bull Ibiza Royale obstacle race - held in Dalt Vila, in Ibiza Town - could well turn out to be the season's most gripping event for both participants and spectators.
A wild and wacky obstacle course, it will put the 200 mixed pairs from 50 countries taking part through their paces, testing speed, strength, balance and reaction time. The top teams will advance to the Grand Final, where the fastest one over the Castle Course will be crowned the winner.

Easter processions in Ibiza Town
11-20 April
The atmospheric alleys of Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town are once again the setting for one of the year's religious and cultural highpoints on the island. Yes, it's the return of the absorbing Easter Processions, a must for local and holidaymakers alike, who appreciate this authentic cultural spectacle with its traditionally clad participants bearing revered religious icons as they make their way down the cobbled streets.
Full of symbolism, heritage and spirituality, this special time offers attendees an authentic insight into an aspect of Ibiza that is little known in the midst of all the revelry.
Ibiza Marathon

Just one week after its shorter counterpart, Ibiza Marathon returns to draw runners - both professional and amateur - from all over the world to take part in what is one of the island's flagship sporting events. Passing through no less than four of the island's five municipalities, this challenging route takes runners through stunning scenery before terminating at sunset, by the sea, in the town of Santa Eulària des Riu.
Whether competing or spectating, the combination of athletic prowess and the sheer beauty of Ibiza's natural landscapes makes for an unbeatable day out!
Sundays at Pikes & Opening weekend party
11 - 13 April

One of the island's quirkiest venues, Pikes Hotel is announcing a double header over the weekend 11 - 13 April. First up, it's the Opening Party - always a firm date on the calendar among Ibiza's clubbing cognoscenti. Expect a spectacular musical line-up that spans the entire weekend, to-die-for cocktails, a special vibe, and non-stop dancing - both on the terrace and inside one-of-a-kind club Freddies.
The weekend also witnesses the return of Sundays at Pikes, a musical bonanza held weekly over the season that brings together a wealth of top musical talent from many genres. The much beloved shindig includes the kind of Sunday roast with all the trimmings you'd expect at home, and plenty of poolside shenanigans.

Teatro Pereyra Rock Nights

Listen up, rockers: the much-loved live music event Rock Nights returns to its usual venue this month, the legendary theatre circus in Ibiza Town, Teatro Pereyra. This unmissable soirée of music and dance features artists such as rock band Cachorros and a vocal and acoustic guitar performance by Depedro, followed by dancing to the sounds of special guest Álvaro Naïve and resident DJs Colin Peters, Simøne, Giorgio Bonetti, and Diego Calvo.
Add to that stellar line-up, karaoke in the Hall hosted by Lola Von Dage, live tattoo sessions by Paul and a breathtaking visual show on the theatre's big screen, and you have all the ingredients for an unforgettable night.

International Book Day
23 April
Fittingly, April 23 is the anniversary of the death of the two greatest authors in English and Spanish literature, Shakespeare and Cervantes. Celebrated worldwide, International Book Day sets out to promote reading, the editorial industry and author's rights. So, what better occasion could there be to browse the open-air book fairs held in the island's main towns and villages, where you'll find book stalls on different themes and book presentations by local authors?
Other activities, in particular, kids' activities such as storytelling or giant street games are held alongside.
International Music Summit 2025
23, 24 & 25 April

Now in its 16th edition, the International Music Summit returns to the twin hotel complex Mondrian & Hyde, in Cala Llonga, its new venue as of 2024. The theme for this year's summit is Intergenerational Exchange.
As usual, the International Music Summit (IMS) will play host to keynote interviews, panel and roundtable discussions, industry tech and networking opportunities. On the final day, the action shifts to the ramparts of Dalt Vila, in Ibiza Town, the setting for the spectacular dance event with which it always comes to a close.
Nikki Beach Opening 2025

A veritable rite of spring that brings together gourmets, clubbers and epicureans of all hues, it promises to live up to the high standards its crowd of cosmopolitan trendsetters have come to expect.
On the decks will be Swiss house-tech maestro Laolu, Paris-based music duo Birds of Mind, and Dutch deep house, minimal and tech house DJ Bruz. Expect fireworks!
