The San José Town Hall introduces a new gastronomic event, the 'Fira de la Sobrassada,' to be held this Saturday in the village of San José and the following Saturday, December 30th, in the village of Sant Jordi.
The event, in collaboration with the Consell and Sabors d’Ibiza, aims to promote the iconic sausage of the Ibiza and Formentera and reveal its preparation secrets.
Activities in both locations will occur from 11:00 to 17:00, starting with a sobrassada-making workshop and followed by a showcooking.
The day concludes with the Sobrassada Rock festival in the evening, featuring music performances and bonfires for roasting sobrassada.
