There is a large outdoor dining area seating 10 people, a spacious chill-out area beside the pool as well as a comfortable outdoor seating area by the outdoor dining table and a roof terrace. Private gates lead to a car parking area large enough for several cars.
Villa Ofelia has been expertly styled and furnished by the world-famous interior designer Jose Antonio Flores. All the latest state-of-the-art equipment and facilities have been installed - including kitchen equipment, security equipment and laundry/cleaning facilities. The lounge area has huge floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, where the views as you are relaxing on the luxuriously comfortable sofas are simply breathtaking. The dining area seats 10 people and is open-plan with the lounge area and state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen.
The whole house boasts the latest technology in air conditioning and heating; there is a Paradox Security system, a home theatre entertainment system indoors and outdoors and there is free high-speed internet with WiFi access.
