The beach
On the west coast of Ibiza, after driving along the main street of San Antonio Bay away from San Antonio you finally reach Port d'es Torrent, a popular beach at the end of the resort. It does not really belong to the Bay of San Antonio itself, it is just around the corner, facing west - so you can enjoy stunning sunsets here.
The bay is a deep inlet into the coast, so the waters are tranquil and safe for swimming. The broad golden sand is fine grained and slopes very gently into the sea. The water is crystal clear, shimmering in shades of turquoise and blue. The rocks that line the bay are perfect for snorkelling, or to find a secluded spot.
A few hotels border the beach, but also a wooded area of pine trees, which gives it a nice, natural atmosphere.
Restaurants and bars
There is a lovely beach club right on the beach if you want to indulge in proper beach pampering. On the left side of the beach, a few steps away along the road, you will find some more restaurants offering tapas and Spanish cuisine.
Nearest resorts
