By day, the menu features dry-aged sirloin cooked on a Josper grill, flame-grilled scarlet prawns, Formentera lobster, and rich rice dishes. By night, the atmosphere becomes more intimate, with delights such as sobrasada and melted cheese croquettes, langoustines with sobrasada, and Wagyu picanha.
Every Friday, Chez Lumbre brings the space to life with live music, creating a vibrant ambiance. Additionally, once a month, Hosted by offers exclusive evenings curated by influential figures, featuring bespoke tasting menus that blend haute cuisine, music, and sophistication.
EPIC Infinity Lounge
