Dawn of a new era in 2025, as the energy release that is Amnesia Presents returns to Monday nights at Amnesia with a brand new cast. The hard reboot sees Ben Hemsley and Kettama take control of the Terrace.
There's little point dwelling on the past and this new incarnation of Amnesia Presents feels box-fresh and aimed squarely at the youngest generation of clubbers just pushing through.
Refusing to be typecast, working class disruptor Ben Hemsley has been throwing outdated notions about genres out of the window with his new school approach to production. After having one the island's best selling day parties the last two years, he graduates to nights having truly earned his scholarship.
By equal token, Irish dynamo Kettama brings raw, unfiltered energy somehow managing the impressive feat of having one foot nostalgically referencing rave's past, whilst the other is firmly place into yet unchartered territory.
Together, they make quite a formidable tandem.
