It may come as a surprise to learn that, despite all the world-class restaurants in and around the island’s capital Ibiza Town, it’s the quieter, family-oriented resort of Santa Eulalia that has long been considered the island’s gastronomic heart.  

Santa Eulalia has a density of fine-quality establishments, in great locations and at all budgets, that exceed any other part of the island. Great restaurants are strung like beads along the municipality’s golden coastline, dotted around the town’s classy sports marina, or clustered in the famous ‘Restaurant Street’ (Carrer de Sant Vicent

Maymanta

Undoubtedly, one of our favourite spots to relax and enjoy an unobstructed and exceptional view, is from the deck of CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia. There is no better location to see the town from this unique vantage point, whilst getting knuckles-deep into a plate of fresh seafood or paella. CBbC selects the highest-quality local products from the sea and the land to create delicious recipes that are 100% Ibizan.

Amante

On Sol d'en Serra bay, just outside Cala Llonga

This super chilled restaurant/beach club stands high on a cliff overlooking the turquoise waters of Sol d'en Serra, seven kilometres south of Santa Eulalia. Its menu highlights the best of contemporary Spanish and Italian cuisine and uses fresh organic ingredients taken from its kitchen garden. With its lush greenery, Amante is perfect for laid-back lunches and romantic dinners overlooking the moonlit sea.

Ca Na Ribes

Situated some way along the famed “restaurant street”, Ca Na Ribes is a traditional restaurant much loved by locals and visitors to the town. With a choice of different seating areas outside on the terrace and inside in the patio, it’s got a ‘homely’ vibe that makes it stand out from more tourist-oriented eateries. Add to that generous portions of tasty Mediterranean fare, good service and a genuinely heartfelt welcome, and you have a delightfully characterful restaurant.

Ristorante Sorella at Mongibello

In the resort of Siesta, close to the town

The chic, dolce-vita-style, adults-only hotel Mongibello is worth a visit to enjoy an espresso or a nice refreshment while you admire its distinctive look. Ristorante Sorella at Mongibello offers two eateries. Sorella Terrazza is the place for alfresco lunches to be eaten as you luxuriate in the cool onshore breeze. Meanwhile, Sorella Ristorante, which opens exclusively at night, serves up genuine Italian cooking with an innovative Mediterranean touch.  

Sicilian chef Francesco T. Leggio is in charge of the kitchen, creating a gamut of mouth-watering fresh Italian/Med gastronomy as well as pizzas and salads, all featuring high-quality local produce in which the flavours stand out.  Buon appetito!

Cuyo, Niko and Sonrojo 

Cala Llonga

Part of the new 4-star hotel complex of Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza overlooking the bay of Cala Llonga, in the evenings, Cuyo offers outstanding Mexican fare while Niko specialises in traditional Japanese haute cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Outside the hotel complex and down by the beach with views and a breeze, Sonrojo serves the perfect seaside food such as freshly grilled fish, paella and other Spanish specialities. 

Mamajuana

In Es Canar there is a magical beach bar where you can enjoy 100% Mediterranean cuisine. Mamajuana Ibiza is a real home on the beach, with an unbeatable combination of exquisite Mediterranean food, friendly, professional service, genuinely chilled-out vibes and great views. Here you can enjoy incredible rice dishes or a full menu prepared with Kilometer Zero products! It is also a perfect place to have an aperitif, before or after lunch. With prices for everyone it's understandable that those who go, return!

Aiyanna Ibiza

Its pleasant surroundings and simple, unhurried approach to dining make it ideal for a gathering with family or friends.

O Galego

Enjoying an enviable location right on the main promenade in the heart of Santa Eulalia, O Galego is a top-notch Galician seafood restaurant. Given the Galician reputation for high-quality fish and seafood and an abundance of wines of an equally high standard, it’s easy to understand why O Galego has become a firm favourite with foodies, both resident and visiting. Naturally, it offers stunning views of the sea to admire as you eat. Excellent service and friendly staff.


BUDGET


WOM Radio Cafe Ibiza

WOM combines vibrant international street food with superb music and a community vibe. Steps from Santa Eulalia beach, this boho-style restaurant features locally sourced ingredients, vegetarian options, and a nice beer selection. Ibiza DJs provide Balearic beats, enhancing the open-air, relaxing atmosphere perfect for sundowner cocktails or takeaway feasts. Highlights are also the regular events that take place here true to WOM’s philosophy: “Fill life with love!”

Royalty

An Ibizan rendezvous spot par excellence, Royalty occupies the corner of the high street and the town square in the heart of Santa Eulalia. Popular with long-standing island residents and holidaymakers alike, it’s just made for having a coffee or a mid-morning caña of beer and observing the world pass by. Beyond that, it also does a good line in breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, and salads, not to mention a great value menú del día and à la carte dishes. All in all, a must-do Ibiza experience.

Asian Road

From its home in Santa Eulalia’s renowned ‘restaurant street’ which runs parallel to the town’s main thoroughfare, Asian Road serves up an eclectic range of delicious Asian fusion cuisine. As its name suggests, the restaurant offers food from across Asia, so expect to find classic dishes from China – its Peking Duck is a standout – Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Malaysia. Laidback and reasonably priced, this highly popular restaurant is ideal for lunch or dinner.

Shawarma

For many, the best Lebanese kebabs on Ibiza are served here. So if you are looking for some cheap, tasty food on the go, stop by Shawarma. You can choose from all meat types, with an enormous range of extras to fill the Lebanese, pita or dürüm bread. Our tip: keep some room for their delicious, homemade baklava. They are to die for if you like things sweet.

Kathmandu

Selling good quality Nepalese cuisine for very reasonable prices has been a winning formula for Kathmandu as the restaurant doubled in size for 2022. Nice and spicy and won’t break the bank, there is a decent range of classic Indian dishes to choose from, including a good choice for vegetarians. The onion bhajis are delicious!
