Last summer was hardly a conventional one and amid uncertainty, arises opportunity. One such entrepreneurial move was the transformation of the Benimussa Hills estate into theatrical fine-dining experience 528 Ibiza.
Back bigger, better and more ambitious for 2022, 528 show and dinner adds yet further to the regeneration of the nightlife, gastronomy and entertainment on offer on the west side of Ibiza.
Proudly presented by Andy McKay (MANUMISSION, Pikes Ibiza) and Jose Corraliza (HEART Ibiza, Cirque du Soleil) in collaboration with highly-respected landowner Bartollo Escandell, 528 Ibiza re-opens to the public tonight after a sold-out opening yesterday.
528 draws its inspiration from the spiritual energy of the island, mapping a journey through the senses. It's a celebration of Ibizan culture and traditions that moulds fine dining and performance, all set to the love frequency.
Head chefs Gonzalo Aragüez and Massimo Bartelloni also return. Having immersed themselves in the island's spirit, they have created haute cuisine that evokes Mediterranean authenticity, across both the dinner show and the gourmet street food offerings.
The culinary journey is as whimsical as the entertainment itself, combining avant-garde techniques and exotic touches using carbon-neutral products.
While the hugely talented cast of performers are back, there are some noticeable differences from last year's show.
Although your night still starts on the sunset terrace overlooking Benimussa Hills, the most striking difference is that the show and dinner have been moved inside to a new custom built and airconditioed space. You are still guaranteed to see skits performed by hulking contortionists, powerful singers, cheeky mime acts and phenomenal dance routines.
Later this summer, the next phase of 528 begins as 528 Garden opens. More news regarding that coming soon.
You can book Gold or Silver ticket options below for a minimum of two people, the full balance of which can be redeemed against your food and drink.
