BiBo Ibiza Bay - Talamanca

Renowned Spanish chef Dani García has taken over the seaside dining space on the outdoor terrace of the elegant Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Talamanca for the summer of 2021. The BiBo menu features a mix of classic Spanish dishes and authentic Mexican street food, all made with the highest quality ingredients and perfect for sharing. The impressive cocktail list will tempt you to extend a leisurely lunch into late afternoon cocktails, also known as ‘tardeos’ in Spain!

Olivia’s Kitchen - Santa Gertrudis

Located in the bustling village of Santa Gertrudis, Olivia’s Ibiza Kitchen is a pretty spot to enjoy a lunch or dinner of modern Mediterranean cuisine. Take a seat on the bougainvillea-shrouded terrace and savour healthy, flavoursome dishes such as zesty octopus ceviche or melt-in-the-mouth lamb. At night, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.

Casa Pacha - Formentera

The iconic Pacha Group has opened its first outpost on Ibiza’s little sister island, Formentera. Merging effortlessly with the soft sands of Migjorn beach, ‘barefoot luxury’ is the motto at the dreamy Casa Pacha hotel and restaurant. Overlooking the sparkling waters, the laidback ‘Chiringuito’ restaurant channels the simplicity and authenticity of seaside dining of days gone past. Prepared with love “like your grandmother would make it” the menu specialises in local classics from both sea and land. From baked fish to grilled meats and seasonal vegetables, the chef lets the aromatic produce of the Mediterranean do the talking!

El Silencio - Cala Molí

Hidden away in the petite cove of Cala Molí, El Silencio brings together fine food, cocktails, music and art in its own little seaside universe. Building on the original 1970s architecture of the Cala Molí Beach Club, a team of local designers worked with traditional local materials to create a chic, yet natural ambience with a hint of retro flair. Created in partnership with dining concept ToShare, a joint project between Jean Imbert and Pharrell (yes, THAT Pharrell), the menu is all about elevated sharing plates and tapas dishes. Look out for multidisciplinary artist Miranda Makaroff’s colourful immersive installation "Marí Marí", which was inspired by a magical encounter with a sea creature in Formentera!

Overall - Santa Gertrudis

Another gem to be found in foodie hotspot Santa Gertrudis, Overall brings world-class cocktail culture to the White Isle. Owners Jorge and Monica have imported specialist equipment from all over the globe to be able to wow you with mind-blowing mixology creations like you have never tried them before! There is even a machine that can extract the flavours out of any ingredient imaginable – such as Dorito chips or Wagyu beef - to be used in Jorge’s fantastical recipes. The food is just as amazing, with Monica creating tasty treats inspired by her South American roots and the couple’s time spent living in Asia.

Can Truy - in the country, near Santa Eulalia

While Can Truy is already an established presence on the island with 300 years of history to its name, this year the family-run café and restaurant is starting a fresh new chapter with an exciting menu that fuses traditional Balearic dishes with international influences from all over the world. There is even a traditional Polynesian Hangi oven, so prepare for a culinary journey around the globe in a quintessentially Ibicencan setting!
