Ways to recover the day after those wild late nights out

Because after the party we all need a little relaxation and revitalisation.

Ibiza is far more than a destination designed to extinguish the needs of music heads. There's nothing new to be found in that basic line of acknowledgement; it's a fact.

The past two seasons have seen a prominent leap in the number of holidaymakers wanting something beyond - or sometimes as well as - the clubs. These visitors want more relaxing pursuits, wellness type activities like spa treatments or massage; for sure they want great food and often they are coming with newly adorned with children.

There are so many different ways to enjoy this island, ways in which you can relax, explore, rejuvenate, immerse yourselves in Balearic culture - and be self-indulgent. Think cleanse-ready juice bars, sun-drenched beach beds, fresh cocktails, matchless cliffside views over the Med, plush spas, infinity pools, exotic massages and healing sessions and much more.

As we all know, the summer season is full of those infamous parties, so if clubbing is a potent source of pleasure for you, do it and go in hard. But don't lose sight of making sure that your daytime hours are equally fulfilling; a little breather to refuel could be what you need to make it to closing fiesta numero dos.

We're probably talking to some who've already converted to the occasional daytime shift. For those that haven't or for those that need more of this kind of information, this is a guide for every human set to descend on La Isla who wants a bit more tranquillity.

If you've woken up faced with the pressure of needing to be on top form again, get yourself in here for the detoxifying Ultimate Detox smoothie, the energy-releasing Acai Energy or the Manga Maca to boost your libido.
