In his eagerness to reinvent himself and improve every day, chef Martín Berasategui presents for the first time Mediterranean Brunch by Martin Berasategui, a culinary journey that can be enjoyed for three exclusive Sundays at Etxeko Ibiza, the restaurant located at BLESS Hotel Ibiza, awarded with its first Michelin star.
It is a proposal in which diners will be able to explore the culinary richness of the Mediterranean. The new Etxeko brunch menu also includes dishes suitable for vegans.
On Sundays 17 and 24 September and 1 October from 12:00 to 15:00 h, you are invited to enjoy the pleasure of Berasategui's cuisine through a gastronomic journey across the Mediterranean.
The price of the menu is €80 per person (€40 for children under 12). The experience includes the Day Pass at BLESS Hotel Ibiza.
