Aiyanna opened its doors on the 16th of June and the Aiyanna and Amante team would like to invite you all to a FREE YOGA MORNING & COFFEE at AIYANNA.
The Yoga class is free of charge but they kindly ask you to make a donation of 5€ or more to Médecins Sans Frontières via:

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent humanitarian medical aid organisation. They are committed to providing medical aid where it is most needed, regardless of race, religion, politics or gender and also to raising awareness of the plight of the people we help.
Spaces for this yoga class are limited in number, so only those that will be able to show a print or mobile recepit of the online donation will be able to access the class.
Class will start at 9:00am but please arrive at 8:45am for check-in and relaxation, the guided practice will be from 9:00am until 10:15am.
VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT AS IT WON'T BE PROVIDED.
