The main day of the Fiesta de San Antonio takes place on 17 January and celebrates the patron saint of the winter, which alternates with the Fiesta de Sant Bartomeu, patron saint of the summer.
The church square, the harbour promenade and the fountain square Passeig de ses Fonts are the main event locations, which bring together thousands of people every year.
On the main day the religious celebration is followed by various events, such as ball payes performances, the typical dance of the island, and the blessing of domestic animals.
A diverse range of programmes offers residents and visitors a comprehensive catalogue of cultural and leisure activities, providing sport tournaments, cinema showings, guided walks and bike excursions and much more.

- 10 January: 21:00 Concert by 'Los del Varadero' with rumbas and flamenco, on the fountain square
- 11 January: 19:00 the SuperFlower Party, in which everyone dresses up in 70s garments, on the fountain square
- 12 January: 12:00 Festival de balls - the oldest folklore festival on the island - in the cinema Cine Regio
- 16 January: 20:00 Concert by Crossroad, with covers of rock and blues, on the fountain square
- 17 January: Main day - 12:00 mass followed by a procession, the blessing of animals and ball payes dance performance / 19:30 The 80s Show - tribute concert for The Cure, U2 and Depeche Mode, on the fountain square
- 18 January: 18:00 live bands and the famous La Movida DJs Petit and Vazquez.
- 19 January: 19:00 Concert by Stone Corners. an Ibizan rock band, on the fountain square
- 26 January: 13:30 Musical paella with a performance by 'Los Salvajes,' covering music from The Rolling Stones and others in Spanish. Advance tickets available at Hotel Puchet.
- 1 February: 11:30 world championship of Arroz de Matanzas, a traditional Ibizan rice dish with meat, in the street Carrer de Rosell
- 14 February: 18:30 Almond blossom night walk - walk to Santa Agnès, meeting point on the fountain square
- the record fair Fira del disc (date still to be confirmed)
