From the port of San Antonio embark on BRISA III, a traditional wooden beach-hopper whose décor has been transformed by renowned local artist Toni Riera, a prestigious name in private events and clubs.
As you sip your welcome drink, a 3-hour cruise begins during which you can view many of the landmarks that have made San Antonio Bay famous: Cala Comte, Punta Galera, Cala Salada, Cala Gracioneta and the island of Conejera. Local star Sandy Valey sets the mood with her live performance; her unique voice and overpowering stage presence brings to life classic rock songs of the 60s and her own repertoire.
The best of Ibizan gastronomy is on show thanks to the canapés crafted by chef Bruno Hernández, who has created for Meet the Sea a special culinary experience based on sustainable, 100% regional produce from land and sea. It is a moment to savour some of the local traditions and stories that are tied to the recipes, as told by Greg and the sous-chef, the latter a graduate from the talent-filled gastronomy school of Sa Serra.
Sandy Valey takes over again as sunset climaxes and you enjoy a cocktail from the bar as we slowly head back to port. You’ll probably be singing an Elvis Presley song on arrival...
As far as what to wear is concerned, let yourself be guided by the wise words of Princess Smilja Mihailovitch, much-loved creator of the Adlib style who launched Ibizan fashion on the international stage, “Dress as you want... but dress with style”.
