The traditional Christmas almond sauce from Ibiza, Salsa de Nadal, lends its name to this popular race held in the village of San José.
The Cursa de Sa Salsa is open to anyone in categories according to age, ranging from "baby" (50m) to senior race (6k), so everyone is invited to join this great race. The race starts from San José's football field.
There'll be trophies for winners of each category and the traditional sauce will be served as well.
This race is always supporting, asking for a donation of any unwanted sportswear or sporting material to different associations or NGOs.
