Conspicuous by his absence last year, Joseph Capriati and Amnesia have reunited right in time for the club's giant fiftieth anniversary year as Metamorfosi returns to its rightful home in 2026.
Named after Capriati's 2020 studio album of the same name, the party is a stunning showcase that displays the length and breadth of our host's musical repertoire. Truthfully, there could only really be one place suitable - and without question, that club is Amnesia.
Over the years, Capriati has amassed a loyal following playing across both Amnesia's rooms. As a series, Metamorfosi will develop beyond the music, presenting a series of conceptual ideas drawn from the record.
While Capriati is sure to play to the Techno and Tech House he is known for, the Metamorfosi project has allowed him to expand his musical horizon, reflecting on his journey in music over the last decade plus. Combined with Amnesia's cutting-edge production, this will add multi-textures across the entire summer.
Sounds like we're in for a hell of a ride with a party covered in Joseph Capriati's fingerprints.
This year, guests include (A-Z) Alisha, Anfisa Letyago, Archie Hamilton, Ben Klock, Chris Stussy, Cloonee, Damian Lazarus, Dubfire, Ellen Allien, Enzo Siragusa, FJAAK, Fleur Shore, Gennaro, Jamie Jones, Janina, Josh Baker, Luigi Madonna, Maceo Plex, Marco Faraone, Markantonio, Mau P, Max Dean, Obskür, Patrick Topping, Richie Hawtin, Roberto Capuano, Ryan Elliott, Salomé Le Chat, Seth Troxler, Sidney Charles, Stacey Pullen, Toman, Traumer, Volkoder, Wade and more.
Joseph Capriati's love-affair with Amnesia's dancefloor continues from Tuesday 30 June, closing on Tuesday 29 September.
