A new night and concept is taking off at Ushuaïa – welcome to Departures. The love-child of Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso, Departures will be an inclusive journey taken beneath the stars of Ibiza and lights of Ushuaïa, where Axwell, Ingrosso, a huge stack of their mates and you get together to celebrate the music we all have in common. Having spent last summer as two thirds of the Swedish House Mafia, Axwell and Ingrosso are no strangers to Departure gates; they aim to communicate the feeing of freedom and new beginnings to the masses, and where better to create this vacation atmosphere than Ushuaia?
This new party will run from Wednesday the 19th of June until the 11th of September and, given the pair's history with the island, we have every faith this will be an absolute hit. There's a whole heap of names that will be joining the Departures clan to play and party throughout the season, expect the stage to receive Alesso, Anthony Atalia, Dirty South, John Martin, Marco Lys, NO_ID, Otto Knows, Style of Eye, Tommy Trash, Zedd and more still to be announced.
