On Saturday 30th March, a very special Easter Fayre is being held at the Hidden Bar in Cala San Vicente, Ibiza, with the aim of raising funds for the local branch of the Spanish Cancer Association, Asociacion Espanola Contra el Cancer.
The AECC was set up in March 1953 and its volunteers, partners and staff are committed to fighting cancer, raising awareness and offering support to sufferers and their families.
The man behind Saturday's event is Ibiza resident and top DJ Anthony Bryans, aka ANTZ, who after surviving cancer himself, has been hugely involved in raising the profile of the AECC by organising a number of fundraising events, with more planned for the future, including the upcoming Ibiza Charity Polo Cup which will take place on Saturday 8th June in collaboration with local company, Ibiza Delivers.
For this latest initiative on Easter Saturday, ANTZ will be flying in to Ibiza from Miami especially to DJ and to take part in the afternoon's activities. There will be bring and buy stalls, arts and crafts, a raffle and tombola, crazy golf, an Easter egg hunt, Easter bonnet competition and face-painting to name just a few of the activities in store for all the family to enjoy.
Other Easter treats include Hot Cross Buns, Easter cakes and cocktails, with music all day being provided by ANTZ, Scott Gray, Andy Boilerhouse and Stevie Altman.
So for an afternoon of fun, fundraising and cocktails, the Hidden Bar, which is right in the bay of Cala San Vicente, is the place to be between mid-day and 6 pm this Saturday.
Entry is free for children, with a minimum door donation of €1.00 being requested of adults.
