Special celebrations land in San Antonio this summer, as Ibiza Rocks marks its 20th Birthday during the island's peak month of July.
As such a monumental achievement deserves - and in true Ibiza style - the party invitation is a double-hit. Round one is marked for Wednesday 23 July, with round two following one week later on Wednesday 30 July.
Those given the honour of chairing these events are two acts who already hold their own place in the Rocks book of royalty.
UK Grime OG Dizzee Rascal (pictured above) leads 23 July, with vocalist Songer alongside. Dizzee is no stranger to the stage, having already headlined seven dates across nine seasons for the brand, pulling a crowd armed with his potent energy on every occasion.
Drum & Bass outfit Rudimental (pictured below) are tasked with round two on 30 July. They're joined by Skepsis and Vibe Chemistry for a special back-to-back.
Having already mastered a two season residency in 2018 and 2019, plus countless more appearances over the years, the lads know how to pack the pit with a jumping crowd.
Seeing both these acts' names in lights again will no doubt bring islanders from all four corners back out to play.
From its roots in Bar M, inviting queues along the beachfront, to the weekly hysteria outside the hotel venue's silver gates, it's important to remember the impact these concerts had on the island's party scene. It really was the founding father of sharing live music with the Ibiza masses.
Dressed in Ibiza Rocks T-shirts, crowds would jostle for last-minute tickets to catch acts swinging from the rigging and leaping into the pool. The shows created moments cast out over many hot summers, defining the energy of the island during that era.
Despite its hugely successful shift to San Antonio's "home of the pool party", it is a joy to see a nod to the good old days in this summer's celebrations.
