Ibiza’s lively gastro scene continues to grow and flourish every year, while the quality and variety of cuisine on offer is cultivated and broadened.

Whether you're craving classic Spanish flavours, innovative fusion dishes, or something entirely new, the island offers an abundance of culinary delights. 

Summer 2024 has seen an influx of exciting new eateries on the islands, so we’ve curated a selection of the most enticing new spots for you, alphabetically.

Aragma is a contemporary Greek and Mediterranean restaurant that focuses on shared plates, offering a relaxed yet indulgent experience. Guests can enjoy dishes on the terrace with marina views or in the spacious dining room, all while being guided through the menu by the attentive staff.

This Hellenic bistro is just the spot for a shared plate experience with panoramic marina views. Open until 26 October.


Overlooking the stunningly beautiful beach of Cala Nova, Es Fumeral serves innovative Mediterranean/Spanish cuisine. It highlights local and national produce with an emphasis on fire and seafood, masterfully prepared by Ibizan chef Alberto Pacheco. With a minimalist design that blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, this upscale restaurant offers a unique dining experience, featuring an open kitchen and panoramic terrace views of one of Ibiza’s most iconic bays.

For alfresco, beachside dining, it’s hard to beat. Open until 20 October. 


Perched imperiously above Cap Negret’s rugged coastline, near San Antonio, Madunia offers diners haute cuisine, a beautifully landscaped setting and - at this time of year - sunset views across the bay. The menu, shaped by the island's natural bounty and the work of masterful chefs, features dishes cooked on a Josper grill, highlighting local flavours with vibrant, simple presentations.

An ideal venue for pre-party cocktails and more with friends. Open until 3 November.


Morena, situated by Ibiza’s marina on Passeig Joan Carles I, honours Mediterranean culinary traditions while integrating international influences. The cutting-edge menu uses fresh, local ingredients to showcase the authentic flavours of orchard produce, seafood, and fish. Guests dine on a tree-lined terrace, where round tables are perfect for enjoying a memorable meal with friends. Looking for a spot to savour Mediterranean flavours before hitting the club scene?

Morena’s tree-lined terrace is your go-to for a tasty meal and relaxed conversation! Open until 29 September.


Part of the luxurious Mondrian Ibiza hotel complex in Cala Llonga, Niko offers a unique blend of Japanese haute cuisine with Mediterranean influences and innovative techniques. Its stylish design melds Japanese minimalism and traditional Mediterranean touches. Niko boasts a large sushi counter for show cooking, organic wines, and select sake.

Indulge in high-end sushi, sip on the best sake, kick back and take in the performance! Open until 15 October.


Overlooking the beach of S’Estanyol in San Antonio Bay, Pisco offers authentic Mediterranean and international cuisine, with a special focus on Peruvian dishes. Diners can enjoy fresh seafood, stone-cooked meats, and superb desserts. It is a fantastic spot for a laid-back meal by the sea, paired with a fine selection of cocktails, including the signature Pisco Sour.

Puerto Fino is a new dining destination in Ibiza Town, blending German precision with Argentinian passion, offering world-class meat selections curated by Chef Joaco. Its scenic terrace near the breakwater provides a perfect spot for a relaxed, romantic evening, with views of the bay and yacht harbour, paired with a team dedicated to exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences.

Quite possibly the finest steak on the island! Open until the end of October.


Located in the heart of the port, in Ibiza Town, Rosty’s specialises in traditional Italian dishes with a Mediterranean twist, featuring standout items like arrosticini and ricotta ravioli. This innovative restaurant offers a unique, memorable dining experience on Ibiza’s vibrant food scene with fresh, authentic ingredients and a curated selection of Italian and Spanish wines.

Rosty’s: where a warm Italian welcome meets the best of its amazing cuisine. Open until 21 September.


Seahorse Beach Club Ibiza, located on the waterfront of Playa d'en Bossa, offers breathtaking vistas of the sea and Dalt Vila. Guests can enjoy an exquisite Mediterranean menu, an extensive wine list, cocktails, and a Starbucks café.

For extra pampering, there is a VIP area with Balinese beds and cocktails, with day passes available for non-hotel guests. DJ sessions and performances round out the offer. Closing date, 21 October. 


This year’s revelation, Sora Sushi Bar Ibiza in Marina Village, part of Botafoch Port, offers out-of-this-world Japanese cuisine with show cooking by Chef Alper Oktay and his team. Dishes include sushi, sashimi, and tartare made from top-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. Its location makes it perfect for a post-dinner stroll and exploring nearby nightlife.

Part of the chic Mongibello hotel in Siesta, Sorella Terrazza offers casual al fresco dining with fresh Italian and Mediterranean dishes during the day, while Sorella Ristorante provides a refined dinner experience with classic Italian cuisine and contemporary touches. Overlooking Es Caló De S’Alga beach, the restaurants feature an extensive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails.

Hunger for a taste of Italy with a side of seaside views? Sorella Terrazza and Ristorante will make your taste buds sing! Open until 19 October.


Sonrojo, located overlooking Cala Llonga’s beach and bay, offers a blend of relaxation and fine dining with Mediterranean cuisine. Guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails, Spanish dishes, seafood, a variety of paellas, and meats cooked on the Josper grill amidst the serene beauty of Ibiza’s coast.

Raise your gastronomic bar with cocktails, paellas, and beach views at Sonrojo - because the coast never tasted so good! Open until 15 October.


666, created by La Buena Muerte exclusively for Ryans Hotels, offers a unique smash burger experience with a macabre twist. Burgers are cooked at +200ºC for a melt-in-your-mouth texture and feature themes inspired by cult movies and creepy tales. After debuting at Ryans Lola's Hotel in San Antonio Bay, a new 666 location has opened at Ryans Ibiza Apartments.

Feast on burgers that are as unforgettable as their macabre themes - 666 is calling your name! Open until 12 October.
