Paradiso Ibiza is the creation of Giacomo Giannotti, the mastermind behind Paradiso Barcelona, which was named the World's Best Bar in 2022 by The World's 50 Best Bars. Giannotti’s expertise, which earned him the title of "Best Barman of Spain 2017," is evident in every cocktail on the menu.
