One of Cova Santa's most loved fixtures, theatrical Storytellers has gained a reputation for delivering awe-inspiring conceptual parties. Now, details of this year's line-up have dropped, with a few curiosities...
After his blockbuster date last summer, Sven Väth (pictured above) is back. You can catch him on 12 July. We also look forward to a headline appearance from Kölsch on 16 August.
Other names we've been accustomed to seeing enthral Cova Santa, including Âme, andhim, Edu Imbernon and Cole Knight are also back across the five dates.
Perhaps more striking, is there appears to be a slight move away from the Deep House that Storytellers had previously been known for. That's not to say those sounds don't still have a big presence, they do.
However, names like Franky Rizardo and Ben Sterling means we also get a strong dose of Tech.
Between them, party regulars Landikhan, Argia and Kid Simius all pop up. So although more sounds have been incorporated, there is still a strong degree of continuity.
As for this year's theme Theatre of Sound and the show, well we guess you'll need to get down to the opening party to find out what that's all about. It all starts on 21 June, though it's pretty safe to assume it will be off-the-wall entertainment. Storytellers always put on a performance.
Knowing Storytellers, there's sure to be some more surprises still to come. Always unashamedly the centre of attention.
Tickets for all five parties are on sale below.
