Bad luck is said to come in threes, but this weekend Akasha and Las Dalias have tipped than superstition on its head. Three back-to-back beauties have been lined-up at the former hippy commune. Given the quality on offer, you might even think summer has arrived early.
Across consecutive nights, the club's springtime programme dishes out a long overdue debut and the return of an old favourite.
Starting the run on Friday 8 March, Lee Burridge is finally invited into the booth. Island fans of Lee - and there are a lot of them - have been asking for this booking for a long time.
Previously, Akasha has hosted YoKoO, Newman and Valentín Huedo from the All Day I Dream camp. Until now, the boss himself had proved elusive. We're thrilled this injustice is finally being put right. Igor Marijuan lines-up alongside him for a night of deep and organic beats.
The following night, Guy J (pictured top) is back at the club. Appearances from the Lost & Found label head are always essential listings at Akasha. He yet again pairs with unders on 9 March. The two so often play together at Akasha and always spell Progressive House magic.
Those two parties alone would be enough to entice even the most reluctant clubber to the dancefloor. Yet we're not done at Las Dalias for the weekend...
On Sunday 10 March we get to nest with Nido again - a full all-day family affair. And it really is a family occasion, as children are welcome with accompanying adults from midday to 19:00.
This next edition of the party features Alfonso Ares, Mina and Rayco Santos, side-by-side with Igor and Sena. The music is, of course, a big element but Nido is about much more than that. It's about community spirit, feasting, the Sunday market and a typically Ibizan outlook on life.
There we have it. Three excellent clubbing options. Below you can find tickets for Friday and Saturday night or you can head here for info on Nido.
