Supermarkets with the Ibiza trademark

Do your shopping where you can savour the genuine taste of local produce.

Here at Ibiza Spotlight, we’re all about supporting local businesses on the island. After all, they continue to serve residents and visitors throughout the year, long after the tourist season has come to an end. On top of that, we are firm believers in the quality and freshness of the foods and ingredients produced locally.

On Ibiza, the food and beverages retailer Savida Supermarkets is a local institution, having supplied the island with high-quality local and international products for over 40 years now. Here you can find everything you might need to enjoy a day at the beach, a picnic in the countryside, or a cosy winter night by the fireplace. All open year-round, the retailer’s self-service stores Can Pep Tixedó, Rocamar, Can Guasch, and Sa Font offer fresh, organic, and locally sourced products, as well as a wide variety of international products.

Can Pep Tixedó self-service, one of the oldest in this family business, stands out for its delicious sandwiches, made with freshly baked bread. Located next to the Ses Salines Natural Park, in Sant Josep, it is a convenient one-stop shop if you happen to be visiting the nearby beaches of Es Cavallet or Ses Salines.

In addition to locally sourced and organic products, a delicatessen section, and a choice selection of succulent fruit and vegetables, the store also offers a range of gourmet products with local brands such as SAL de IBIZA, Ibiza Nuts, or EXQUISITE, as well as a range of organic wines and beers.

Situated on the road to San José, just outside San Antonio, Rocamar Supermarket offers a wide range of fresh and locally sourced products, as well as some of the best Ibizan-style pasties on the island. With the most exquisite chocolates from all over the world alongside Blanchart Chocolates, nuts and snacks by local brand Frutos Secos Ibiza, or the local flavour of Ibiza muffins and orelletes (thin, crispy pastries made from a simple dough and sometimes flavoured with lemon zest or anise) this local establishment, open from Monday to Sunday, is the ideal place to delight in the very best local, national and international foodstuffs.

On the main Ibiza Town - Santa Eulària Road, Can Guasch Supermarket specialises in bringing exotic, oriental flavours to its customers alongside different varieties of curry, noodles, and a palate-tempting selection of vegetables and tubers such as daikon radish, yam, or Chinese cabbage. And for those who prefer the Caribbean touch, plantain or cassava are also available year-round. They also stock a range of fresh mushrooms that expands during the colder months of the year.

In this supermarket, you can also find a broad variety of local produce, as well as a well-stocked section of delicious foods for vegetarians and vegans. From household items to charcuterie or gardening products, Can Guasch supermarket offers customers everything they need for their daily life.

Also on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, on the road to Cala Llonga just after the turn into Siesta, Sa Font Supermarket provides a sweet note for its customers with a good selection of freshly baked pastries. Freshly made bread - from which they make the tastiest sandwiches - accompanied by good coffee and freshly squeezed juice are the reason many customers flock here to start the day full of energy. Seasonal fruits and vegetables and the island’s best produce, as well as a varied section of organic products, are all available in Sa Font self-service, where quality and variety come first.
