David Guetta scales back commitments

The Ibiza legend is ending both his island residencies early on medical advice.

Today is a sad day in clubland, as Ibiza legend David Guetta announces an early finish to both his island residencies.

The superstar DJ and producer has been advised to scale back his commitments on medical grounds by his doctor. This follows him picking up a virus in the last fortnight.

This immediately affects both his Monday daytime F*** ME I'M FAMOUS! at Ushuaïa and Friday night Future Rave at Hï Ibiza.

In a public statement, David Guetta says, "I have had an amazing summer playing in Ibiza and around the world. I am so sorry that I have no choice but to close my residencies early. However, we are already working on incredible plans for the 2024 Ibiza season at Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza."

Although we share his fans' disappointment, health must come first and we wish David a speedy recovery. We're sure it won't be long until we are sharing dancefloor moments with him again.

Although David will not be present at any of the remaining dates for either party, they will continue with replacements.

Existing ticket holders will be contacted in due course with their options, including the opportunity to cancel for a full refund.
