"Welcome to Radio 1 in Ibiza, the sun is shining, the dancefloor is packed..." Wait! We've written that and variations thereof numerous times these past few weeks. Repeating yourself so often can become tedious it and no doubt you'll be just as tired of reading it by now.
Although we do have a massive fondness for the three days notoriously known as the busiest of summer, what about everybody else? What about fans of underground music? Ibiza has something for everybody and anybody seeking something less commercial is catered for too.
Putting Radio 1 to the side for a moment, for anybody wanting to avoid the throng of young clubbers and seek out something more mature, here is our alternative guide.
Friday 28 July
Storytellers presents Puppetry, Cova Santa, San José | 19:00 to 05:30
We start our underground adventure in the pine-scented hills of San José and a visit to the multi-tiered, outdoor space Cova Santa for the next chapter of the whimsical Storytellers.
This week, the programme diverges from the usual, with the one and only Sven Väth returning to the venue. His last appearance here was back when we still had to be "socially distant" - remember those crazy times?
Papa Sven is joined by one of his favoured producers, Acid pioneer Josh Wink, and Maurizio Schmitz. Definitely one for the old Cocoon faithful to get themselves along to and have a dance under the stars.
OpenLab presents OffBeat, NUI Ibiza, Ibiza Town | 22:30 to 06:00
Even somewhere with a climate like Ibiza, there's still a desire to congregate in a sweaty warehouse with a killer sound system - and that's exactly what NUI Ibiza offers. Located on the outskirts of Ibiza Town, the club's Friday nights are presided over by radio station OpenLab.
Tonight's line-up is especially enticing, with Sub Club favourites Optimo (Espacio), AKA Glaswegian duo Keith McIvor and Jonnie Wilkes, alongside veteran Belfast selector David Holmes.
Sure to attract a clued-up, musically literate crowd, you won't find a more raw clubbing experience on Ibiza than this.
Saturday 29 July
TRIP, Club Chinois, Ibiza Marina | 23:45 to 05:00
By contrast to NUI, Club Chinois is a bit more glammed up, with lavish decor, sumptuous furnishings, a well-to-do clientele and a stricter dress code.
Okay, you might be thinking, that doesn't sound overly underground. Perhaps not. However, its sound system bangs equally as hard and on Saturday nights legendary German promoter Johannes Goller presents TRIP.
tINI, Move D and Andy Luff are the guests on this week's line-up, guaranteeing superb music from start to finish.
Sunday 30 July
Nido, Las Dalias & Akasha, San Carlos | 19:00 - 03:30
Lovingly crafted in-house by the dedicated team of music lovers at Las Dalias, Nido is the Sunday afternoon affair that harks back to Ibiza's more innocent time.
Merging electronic beats with more traditional and ethnic acoustic music with worldly influence, this outdoor adventure might not have well-known names but does showcase amazingly talented musicians from all walks of life. This week, G.Zamora, Hauy and Cris 44 are the artists waiting to be discovered.
Nido also happens to fall on market day, which means you make a day of it and explore the stalls and their hand-crafted trinkets then sample some sustainable produced street food.
At only €15 a snip, that is tremendous value for a truly Balearic experience. The garden part is free and children are welcome with accompanying adults until 23:00. Come and nest at Nido.
Pyramid, Amnesia, San Rafael | 23:00 to 06:00
Time for some Techno? Enter Amnesia's chamber of secrets at this week's edition of in-house temple, Pyramid.
A Drumcode line-up in everything but name, Enrico Sangiuliano (pictured above), Juliet Fox, Pan-Pot and Reinier Zonneveld (live) take care of business in the Main Room. All are regulars on Adam Beyer's label and affiliated parties, so you know exactly what to expect. Thumping.
On the Terraza, things are a little more accessible, with Maceo Plex heading things up with Raxon and DJ Boring.
Whether you are keeping it underground or partying with the masses at Radio 1 weekend, we hope you have a blast and make the most of your time on Ibiza.
