Draped along San Antonio's coastline, Wi-Ki-Woo is one of Ibiza's prime sunset gazing spots. Doubling-up as a powder-puff hotel with serious Instagram credentials, Wi-Ki-Woo invited us to lounge by its pool and sample this season's cocktail menu.
To start we sipped on the very sweet but incredible Wicked Woo, Tulum and Ex-Presso - a chocolatey take on the classic espresso martini.
Having baked in the sun, these inconspicuously sweet drinks went straight to our head. Ordering food seemed to be the ideal solution to redress the balance. The deliciously light, but beautifully flavoured Tuna Ta-Ta-Ki and chicken Thai curry did the trick, giving us a second wind.
As the sun reached the horizon, we found space for some crisp and crunchy spring rolls. There's always room for one more bite! The Thai sharing platter was perfect for picking at, before we finally admitted defeat.
Full, satisfied and with tan extenuated, we topped-up a final glass of wine as dusk settled. With the tempo of music inching up a notch, tables all around us reverted to party mode as day spiralled into nightfall.
