Ibiza Sabor, returns this autumn for its 13th edition. This major foodie event offers great-value three-course meals, highlighting Ibiza restaurants chefs' skills and the quality of local produce.
This autumn food festival runs from 31 October until the 5 December 2019 and participating restuarants include some of our Ibiza Spotlight favourites; Hostal La Torre, Royalty, Sa Caleta, La Cava, Es Jardins de Fruitera, El Restaurante Hotel Pacha and Casa Maca.
A total of 50 participating restaurants, using only locally-produced ingredients from the land or sea, will create these set menus priced at €25, with tapas selections and a drink for €7.
Traditional cooking workshops as well as expert demonstrations and forums are also given as part of the event.
In this edition, Ibiza Sabor is celebrating locally produced olive oil, honey, spiny lobsters, Ibizan red prawns, rock fish (such as scorpion fish, dentex or John Dory), red potatoes and Ses Cabretes goat's cheese.
As the summer season comes to an end in Ibiza, gastronomic festivals like Ibiza Sabor kick into gear, all the way up to spring.
As well as showing that Ibiza can be an all-year-round destination, these events are aimed at celebrating the island's culinary and cultural heritage
