Ravers who prefer their basslines meaty and beats chunky, this first list of underground parties is for you. These are a fistful of events for holidaying clubbers who really want to stomp the weekday office blues away and cut shapes until the early morning.

To start off the weekend session, why not pay a visit to the home of the pool party: Ibiza Rocks Hotel. Every Friday from 14:00, a whole host of tech house talent plays a sumptuous selection of bangers at Cuckoo Land.
Catch DJs like Amine Edge & Dance, Latmun, Waze & Odyssey, Max Chapman and many more on deck duties. Afternoons in Ibiza don't get much better than this, as you can shuffle and soak up the sunshine in this open-air poolside paradise. Sweet.
Night
Catching the famous San Antonio sunset should be on every Ibiza holiday bucket list. Once the sun has gone down, you can enjoy Hot Since 82 and friends playing hot beats at Café Mambo at the official Labyrinth pre-party.
Afterwards, hop in a taxi to Pacha to spend the night at Labyrinth, getting down to DJs like Nic Fanciulli, Carl Craig, Steve Lawler, DJ Harvey, Adam Beyer, Erick Morillo and many more.
Saturday

For fans of the underground, Saturday is the time to don your raving shoes and join the ANTS colony, one of the most popular daytime events on the island. The action starts at 15:00.
Huge names the likes of Andrea Oliva, Groove Armada, Joris Voorn, Solardo and others play on two stages with mind-blowing party production and visuals. ANTS is a clubbing experience that will have you coming back again and again.

Here's something bizarre and wonderful for Saturday night. Look no further than elrow at Amnesia. This crazy party concept is famously known for its wildly colourful and trippy entertainers and decor.
Playing a medley of banging beats in the Terrace are deck spinners such as Dennis Ferrer, Patrick Topping, Art Department and Sidney Charles, not to mention all-night-long sets from DJ behemoths like Skream, Eats Everything, Richy Ahmed and many more. A tech house fan would be mad to miss this on his or her Ibiza holiday.

Rally your tribe together for a daytime adventure which unleashes your wild side. First, stop by Kiss My Fairy to get painted up in animal print colours. Later step aboard Noah's Ark boat party for an afternoon of grooving on the Balearic sea. Continuing on the madness, head over to The Zoo Project at Benimussa Park.
All the party animals gather here to listen to the likes of Defex, Monki, Shaun Reeves, Stephane Ghenacia and tons of other brilliant artists on The Zoo Project roster.

This season one of the leading UK tech house promoters Solid Grooves has set itself up in the biggest super club in the world. Every Sunday evening ravers descend on Privilege to stomp it out in the Vista Club.
Here tech fans are spoilt for choice at Solid Grooves, as Catz 'n Dogz, Riva Starr, Hector Couto, Josh Butler, Secondcity and many others make up the DJ roster. See you on that smoky dance floor.

On your last full day in paradise, you will probably want to catch some rays and top up your tan at the beach. One great place to do this is Playa d'en Bossa.
With a whole beach full of seaside beach clubs playing a selection of house grooves all afternoon long, you can take your pick, including Nassau Beach Club. To re-energise yourself for another night of raving, try out the delicious burger selection at Rona's Deli, just minutes from the beach front.

Amnesia's newest party concept for 2018 is a perfect choice for any committed clubber who wants to hear heavy sounds. Pyramid has one of the strongest line-ups of the season with collaborations with big name Ibiza promoters Keep on Dancing and Game Over.
The Diynamic label takeover is sure to be a huge night in July also. There are simply too many good artists to list at Pyramid, but you can head on over to our Spotify playlist here to listen to selects from the party.
Soulful Groovers
If you prefer disco jams and vocal house anthems, this next schedule is for you. Here is a weekend plan that features a fun-loving soundtrack sure to get you grooving all the way from Friday through Monday night. It's time to dress to impress and strut your stuff at these glittering parties.

As soon as you land on the White Isle, why not get yourself onto a boat party in the afternoon. One of the most entertaining ones is the IBZ Boat Party. Besides tasty snacks and booze onboard, you'll get the chance to try out the jet skis and banana boats whilst on this ocean cruise. Whilst sailing along you'll listen to a soundtrack of summer anthems and Ibiza classics, perfect to get you in the mood for the evening ahead.

Glitterbox is a night full of glam and sparkle and the place to be on Friday nights in Playa d'en Bossa. Hosted in the island's newest super-club, Hï Ibiza, this party will have you dancing the night away to the disco-infused sounds of some legendary artists.
Basement Jaxx, Roger Sanchez, Armand Van Helden, Dimitri From Paris make up some of the remarkable DJ roster of this summer. One of the most hedonistic and wild parties in Ibiza, Glitterbox is an unmissable clubbing experience.

Situated in San Antonio, Ocean Beach oozes style and sunshine vibes. At this premium open-air venue, everything feels VIP. Great service and fun tunes are what makes this place a guaranteed good time.
On Saturdays from 12:00, Soul Heaven is in session serving smooth tunes poolside. Sipping a cocktail whilst basking in the sun at this party is one of the most blissful ways to spend your Saturday in Ibiza.

Bob Sinclar brings Parisian house vibes to Pacha with his Pure Pacha | Paris by Night party. Sexy French dancers twirl to the groove-led soundtrack.
The summer season sees a whole host of great artists take to the DJ booth: Felix Da Housecat, Benny Benassi, Duke Dumont and DJ Sneak, to name a few. Saturday nights were made for dancing fever, so spin the night away at one of the most glamorous parties on the island.

Everyone loves being a bit lazy on Sunday and the best place to just lounge around is definitely at the beach. One of the loveliest beaches on the island Cala Conta is only a 15 minutes drive from San Antonio.
With its crystal clear turquoise waters and golden sand, this small stretch of Ibizan coast is a piece of heaven on earth. Make sure you go in the early morning to bag a sunbed though as it does get quite busy during the high season - and don't forget to stay till sunset.

For house anthems and the hottest artists on the scene, Defected in the House at Eden on Sundays is where you want to go. The night starts at Café Mambo with an official pre-party at 21:00.
After midnight, the party moves on over to Eden where you can catch DJ stars such as Danny Howard, Sam Divine, Claptone and Low Steppa slamming down sets for the San Antonio clubbing crowd. With a season full of exciting line-ups, a night at Defected should definitely be on your Ibiza to do list.

House legend Marc Kinchen better known as MK has recently found a new home at Ibiza Rocks Hotel for this summer season. His MK & Friends Area 10 Pool Party is on every Monday until 6 August bringing together some of the best artists on the scene.
Jax Jones, Doorly, Icarus, Prok & Fitch and others will join MK for the poolside party sure to bring heat to Monday Ibiza afternoons. Make sure you don't miss this party as there are only four exclusive shows this summer.

To finish your long weekend off, head up to the West End strip earlier in the evening for some bar crawling and shots before hitting the clubs with your party crew. Then you can head on over for another night at Eden. Moments of Ibiza serves up three different types of nights during the season. You can check out the old school stylings of Renaissance, the tech grooves of Sharam's label showcase Yoshitoshi or the more upbeat focused Cutting Edge. .
Mystical Dancers
Here's a call to the wild children who love to dance under the full moon at one with the beat. The deep sound of shamanic and desert house is one that has you embrace your inner hippy roots. This selection of unique parties serves up free-spirited vibes that engage the soul.

The overtly weird and eccentric land of Dystopia is the first stop for the weekender break. Within the plush open-air grounds of Ushuaïa, you will find myriad activities to immerse yourself in, from tarot card reading to fortune telling - and even giant inflatable body parts to dive into.
The music is on a sublime level with artists like Luciano, Satori, Adam Port, Damian Lazarus and many others playing a magical range of beats. As the campaign announces, "Wrong place, wrong time, be there."

After a whole day of dancing, you will have worked up a good appetite. Out in the countryside of Santa Eulària sits the beautiful restaurant Bambuddha. A culinary temple, the outdoor eatery offers up delicious modern fusion dishes inspired by ancient spice routes.
Sit and dine in this relaxing setting with a laidback soundtrack and fabulous food. A night at Bambuddha will ignite your taste buds and leave you with long-lasting memories.

Moving onto Saturday, there's some exploring to be done. The best place to find deep and chill out Balearic sounds is at a hidden gem on the southern tip of Ibiza. Sa Trinxa is located on Salinas beach and is one of the island's most authentic places to grab a bite, chill and listen to great music.
Residents Franco Moiraghi, Marcello Marchitto, Andy Piper and Jon Sa Trinxa play an eclectic mixture of downbeat jams. Staying till sunset is truly magical.

Black Coffee ranks among the most talented DJs and producers on the planet, no doubt about that. Anyone who takes the time to visit his residency at Hï Ibiza on Saturdays is in for an aural treat.
The South African deck master is accompanied by a legion of star DJs this season. Âme, Honey Dijon, Guy Gerber, Jamie Jones, The Black Madonna, Blond:ish and countless other huge names play in the high tech super club. The tribal vibe of this party make it unlike any other party on the island.

The Pacha-owned Destino is without question one of the most beautiful open-air venue on Ibiza. Luring you onto the dance floor on Sundays is Guy Gerber's free party RUMORS.
Every event is unique as each artist on the roster brings something special to offer to the clubbing crowd. Catch Bedouin, Lauren Lane, Behrouz, DJ Tennis and more dropping deep vibrations from 17:00 until midnight.
Night
A party with a free spirit, unmatchable atmosphere and unbelievably cool music is WooMooN at Cova Santa. Operating like a mini-festival, the event brings together DJs, live acts, chefs, merchants, performers and artists into one moonlit open-air venue.
It's great to be there in the day, too. Once the clock strikes midnight everyone moves down into the underground club where you can see the likes of Audiofly, Monolink, Animal Trainer, Armen Miran and many more jamming it out.

One of the island's longest-running and famous parties, Circoloco offers some of the best line-ups on the island. The infamous underground party packs DC10 weekly from 18:00 offering an early-evening party location like no other.

The Benirrás based venue Elements at HEART has always been known for its ties to the hippy movement on the island. Last year they started taking this passion for music to HEART Ibiza creating a particularly special party in the process.
By combining Cirque du Soleil style performances with shamanic sounds you have a party in which you can truly let your hair down and be free. Some of the artists you can catch there this summer include Frankey & Sandrino, Daví, Denis Horvat, Hraach, Hito, Trikk and many more. Make sure you include a stop at Elements in Cala Benirrás on Mondays whilst in Ibiza.
