One of Ibiza's best free events is back this season, kicking off on 23 August and running right up until 9 September with the Bloop Festival, a free-to-attend art extravaganza that 'urges the general public to reflect on current social issues through art.'
This year's theme is the notion of 'Changes', expressed by an impressive roster of artists looking at the changes contemporary society faces.
The event will consider in its art, 'changes' in values, lifestyle, politics, technology and environment.
The project by Boikip Labs annually changes its theme, this year you can expect installations, street art, architecture, interactive installations, photography, parties, video mappings, and much more by talents from around the world.
The mesmerising wall murals that have been keeping San Antonio colourful, will now spread more across to Ibiza Town extending the open air gallery concept, which is one of Bloop's legacies.
This year's festival will increase in intensity with the premieres of arts and events, by reducing the scale of the fiesta.
Ibiza's town council and Bloop will provide all the equipment to spruce up the walls of the city being carried out by some of the most prominent names in street art.
The festival encourages to open your mind further and what better place to do it than our magical White Isle.
Get your plane tickets booked and come and immerse yourself in a modern art wonder.
