The new residency for Eric Prydz at Hï Ibiza keeps getting more and more massive. After announcing the first phase of handpicked stellar guests for his debut residency, the Swedish superstar dishes out the weekly program for his 2017 season.
In the Theatre (formerly known as the Discoteca), on opening night the 20th of June, the crowd-rocking Agoria will be joining the head honcho himself. Also in June, Polish chunky house masters and Pets Recordings label heads Catz 'N Dogz are set to take over the brand new Playa d'en Bossa club. The Newcastle-based DJ and producer Cristoph will be playing on opening night, too, as well as five times throughout the summer.
Announced last week, Canadian superstar deadmau5 returns to the island for two exclusive dates, including the closing party. You can bet these nights will sell out in no time so thinking twice is not an option on this one.
Island favourite and top-selling Kölsch will play on 11 July. One of the most successful techno duos currently around Pig&Dan will also be bringing on their musical abilities in July, as well as global star duo Dusky with their powerfully emotive sets.
August sees American innnovator Matthew Dear joining in on the 8th. That same month the prolific German team Tube & Berger will deliver their high energy performances. Finally, in the Theatre with Eric we will see the young Canadian Weska and the Finnish Anjunabeats star Yotto with two shows each.
Still not satisfied, the monster line up keeps growing at ever-expanding speed. Last week saw the addition of Andrea Oliva & friends in the Club (former Terrace). New names joining the killer roster include Circoloco regular Davide Squillace, Diynamic star and Ibiza mainstay H.O.S.H., Cocoon resident Ilario Alicante, the Argentinian live act Guti and the enigmatic melodic duo Haiku 575. Taste-maker Pete Tong will also star in the Club, as well as party-starter wAFF and Italy's legendary DJ Ralf. Andrea Oliva, of course, will be in every week.
All this talent and more will be surrounded by bespoke production put on by the cutting-edge technology of the newest superclub on the island. From 20 June to 22 August you have ten weeks to get in on what already appears to be one of the most exciting new parties this summer.
