Rio Ibiza, the new restaurant, bar and club is to stay open during the winter offering a brand new menu for the season created by its new chef. The venue, which opened in the summer season this year is celebrating its success so far by extending its offering to be an all-year-round destination.
The San Antonio venue is located next to the seafront promenade and affords views of one of the Ibiza's most spectacular sunsets. The restaurant uses high quality products, including fruit and vegetables grown on the island and local fish - all of which have made their way to the new menu. You will find some of the best steaks on the island at Rio Ibiza plus a great truffled carpaccio or penne pasta with fresh burrata, basil and sun-dried tomato.
The venue has quickly become known for find high-end dishes at affordable prices with pastas and risottos starting from around €13, going up to €25 for the excellent marinated tuna with grilled foie gras. There's a great selection of salads and starters to choose from and incredible desserts like the “Lamborghini” cheesecake or the artisan chocolate fondant.
