Skinny Kitchen brings more clean fun to Ibiza

Clean-eating cafés.

Fans of the Skinny Kitchen in San Antonio's West End will be pleased to learn that the company is expanding. A new venue close by in San An by the Marina opens around 3 April 2016, with the company also planning a rapid UK expansion based on its Ibiza experience.

The original West End venue, opening at the end of April, has so far proved very successful with its array of healthy cooked food, protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices and low-carb dishes to restore equilibrium and recharge with healthy food ingredients. With clean eating now rising in popularity in the UK, the company is about to open its first UK outlet in Bournemouth, with the long-term goal of having a Skinny Kitchen on every British high street.

The Skinny Kitchen has gathered together a big fan base and the new venue on the Paseo Maritimo is expected to be equally popular. With great harbour views, it makes a great place to relax and enjoy a relatively guilt-free low calorie cocktail.

The venue has proved popular for gym goers who want to recharge with something healthy; those who don't want to eat out unhealthily; and those with special dietary needs: “the Skinny Kitchen allows people with certain diets to still enjoy eating out, rather than them worrying they won't find something they can eat on a menu,” says Rachel Mason, representing the company.

The new venue is in a premium spot in San Antonio, which is seeing a raft of new, more modern venues opening up. The Skinny Kitchen has seen big success here and is popular with tourists, residents and seasonal workers who want to watch what they eat.

Both San Antonio venues will be open from 1 April with both opening till midnight, though the new venue will open a little earlier at 8am. If you've retoxed, need to relax and detox, the Skinny Kitchen is awaiting you.
