This retreat, guided by Judit Jai Kartar and Margit Agam Agadh, combines Kundalini Yoga, rituals, and contact with nature to heal blockages and awaken your original feminine power.
In a supportive community of women, you will explore your creative potential, transform limiting patterns, and rediscover joy and pleasure in everyday life. The retreat is conducted in German and French.

Margit Agam Agadh, a Guaraní medicine woman and guardian of feminine altars, is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer from South Tirol. After living 13 years in Brazil, where she was recognised as a healer, she now offers training, workshops, and rituals, and is a member of the Mentors of Love and Wisdom.

Jai Kartar Kaur discovered Kundalini Yoga in India, trained in Barcelona in 2002, and completed Level 2 in 2015. Since 2017, she has been teaching Level 1 training. She explored various spiritual traditions in Peru, Brazil, and India. Additionally, she offers energy treatments and works as a doula. After 24 years in Guadeloupe, she returns to share her wisdom.
