Together with your guide, go on a one-hour walk in the countryside near San Juan to collect all the wonderful herbs that make up this tasty digestive drink. It’s a lovely route with ancient little paths and roads that are perfect for collecting herbs. You will finish at Toby’s place for a one-hour workshop to make the bottles of Hierbas with the herbs you've collected.
N.B. After preparing the Hierbas, you have to wait three months until they are ready to drink!
If you don’t want to make Hierbas, but simply join in the walk, just book your place. If you do want to make your own Hierbas, add that to your booking; the cost includes the bottles and the alcohol required.
DATE & TIME: Friday 20 December – 10:00.
MEETING POINT: In the car parking area behind Can Curuné restaurant on the San Juan Road. (Please do not park in the main car park opposite the restaurant).
RATING: EASY. The walk is on good paths though there are some loose stones in places. The distance is five kms and takes about two hours; after that, we’ll spend one hour at Toby’s to make the Hierbas.
