The second edition of the gastronomic contest Ibiza Slow Burger begins on Monday 16 October and can be enjoyed until 30 November. Around 20 restaurants of Ibiza town will participate in this contest organized by the City Council of Ibiza.
The initiative aims to spread the proposals of the restaurants and chefs of the municipality, which can participate in two categories: miniburger for a maximum price of 8 euros or complete burger with a maximum price of 20 euros, with a drink included in all cases. There will also be vegan recipes, burgers made with fish and various culinary options that have, in most cases, local products as the protagonists.
Restaurante Jara, nestled on the ground floor of The Standard in the vibrant Vara de Rey, clinched the victory in the debut edition of this competition. The question now lingers: Who will seize the prize this year?
A jury formed by professionals from the industry will decide the winner. However, your opinion also matters! Do not hesitate to try them all and rate your favorite on the website of the City Council of Ibiza.
