On Saturday, 19 October, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will host its annual charity event, Pink Fitness, as part of its Pinktober campaign to raise awareness for breast cancer. In collaboration with the Ibiza and Formentera Against Cancer Association (IFCC), this day of sports activities aims to raise funds and highlight the importance of physical exercise in disease prevention.
The day will begin at 10:30 with an informative talk by Pilar Luna, a graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) and breast cancer survivor, who will discuss the benefits of exercise in cancer prevention. This will be followed by a high-energy Body Combat class led by Bfit Ibiza Sports Club, and a stretching session hosted by personal trainers from the hotel’s OWN Fitness Studio.
Participation requires a donation of 10€, all of which will go directly to IFCC. Attendees will also receive a commemorative T-shirt and refreshments, including juices, water, fruit, and energy bars. Places are limited to 100 participants, so don’t miss out!
