Starting on February 9 and until March 17, 2024, the eleventh “Patrimoni Gastronòmic” contest will be held in Ibiza Town, where thematic menus can be tasted to savor the gastronomy of World Heritage countries or cities. These menus will be prepared expressly for the occasion.
This proposal aims to pay tribute to the importance of gastronomy in the different countries in which UNESCO has awarded the “World Heritage” award.
Several restaurants in Ibiza town participate in this competition.
