Applebum reveals Ibiza residents

Hip hop comes to Sankeys in 2016.

Sankeys has added a slew of new residencies to its line-ups for 2016, and Applebum, the party behind the club's nod to hip hop and R&B, has just released word of its residents, confirming we're all going to bump and grind to a host of top talent this summer.

The London-based brand's selection of well-schooled selectors includes a number of regular faces from the White Isle. Aussie veteran Mo'funk has flirted with Balearic institutions including Pacha, Space and Ushuaïa, and has earned his rep as a technically gifted tastemaker, as has Spanish producer and DJ talent Mr Doris, who's also joined the dots across Ibiza with stints for Carl Cox, Together and We Love…Space. Elsewhere we've got British DJ Patrick Nazemi, who's considered a master technician behind the decks. Harley Maxwell, a musical lyricist with a penchant for rap and electronic dance tunage, is also no stranger to Ibiza and he'll be back to lay down his eclectic influences. To top it all off, we've got Applebum resident DJ and producer Little Prince spinning forgotten treasures and floor-fillers, and Junior Brown & Deejay REFF with their shared passion for everything from old school to funk and disco.

So, take a step back from the traditional musical soundscape of Ibiza and get stuck in with Applebum crew. You can be part of it every Tuesday from 21st June to 13th September.
