Corona Sunsets Festival returns to Ibiza

And lands in the zoo...

Corona Sunsets Music Festival made its debut in Ibiza last summer - and boy did it dress up for the occasion. All present were blown away last year at the beautiful blue, gold and wooden world that Corona had erected by the port, complete with a sandy floorbed above the concrete to bring the feel of summer even to our toes.

This year, Corona Fest goes a little wilder, heading up to the hills to set up camp in Benimussa Park, also known as the old Zoo. It's a fantastically creative venue to begin with, which is only going to get better when Corona puts its unique design touches into play. But it's not all about the setting of course, festival organisers have put together an impressive (and large) line-up that will surely draw the Ibiza masses up into the Benimussa trees.

Prepare to get your house on at the Mandala Stage with Duke Dumont, Pete Tong, Claptone, Eli & Fur, Mambo Brothers, Upp Fade and DJ EZ all locked in for a solid rave. Big names - especially for the UK house heads - but it's the Crown Stage which especially tickles us this year. Corona welcomes DJ Harvey, Rob da Bank, Nightmares on Wax (DJ set), Thalab and The Wolf. Expect slightly more alternative sounds, with funk and disco sure to get a look in. The Wolf, meanwhile, can be counted on for some savage sounds; a really entertaining live act we first caught at IMS Back2Live concert in May.

So here are the stats. The festival will play out next Thursday the 13th of August, running from 4pm until midnight. The music is going to be world class, the setting will blow your mind, and the setback? Only 25€. Seriously good value. Spotlight will see you there!
