These days boat parties in Ibiza are as abundant as krill, but if it's Trance music you're after on the waves, there's only one place you need to go – Driftwood. The Driftwood boat parties bring the best Trance artists out onto the Mediterranean every Monday – but these days their influence isn't only confined to maritime activities.
For the first time last year, in collaboration with Jetset Ibiza, Driftwood held a festival at Benimussa Park (AKA Gala Night, AKA The Old Zoo) – Captured Festival. It was such a success that they're back for another two hits this season, the first of which has been announced for Tuesday the 17th of June, billed as the Captured Warm Up Festival. This will be a taste of the Captured festival to come in September but also a great event in itself, with multiple stages across the distinctive Benimussa Park venue and areas to rave it large or chill out as you see fit.
Headlining the warm up festival will be Trance favourites Sean Tyas and Giuseppe Ottaviani, who are joined by The Thrill Seekers, Standerwick, Nick the Kid, Tristan C and more. Expect a high standard of production complete with lasers, dancers and excellent sound, all in the midst of the incredible abandoned zoo layout complete with pools, BBQ and an amphitheatre. A proper festival experience.
Tickets are available through Spotlight for 35€, which includes festival entry, a drink, a bus ride and entry to the after party at The Forgotten Club (previously Summum). More information about Captured Festival in September is on the way, but for now sink your teeth into some trance at the Warm Up Fest!
