Intergenerational Exchange is the 2025 theme for International Music Summit (IMS).
From 23 to 25 April, the music business conference again takes place at Hyde & Mondrian in Cala Llonga.
After announcing the theme, IMS also confirmed the first topics and key issues that will be tackled.
The Future of Global Nightlife: How To Rebuild A Sustainable Ecosystem, Mentor Matchmaking: Empowering the Next Generation, Shaping The Future of Dance & Electronic Labels and The Silent Epidemic: Tinnitus, Hearing Loss & Listening Responsibly all convey the importance of investing in the future.
Other things on the agenda include Four Decades of Jungle & D&B, Africa Is Not A Country and a market focus on Spain. Much more is still to be announced.
IMS co-founder and music mogul Pete Tong MBE and his BBC Radio 1 on-air colleague Jaguar will host once more.
Plus, there will be contributions and brand activations from official partners, such as AlphaTheta, Beatport, The Art of ARETÉ and EarthPercent.
Delegate badges are on sale now and can be purchased via the IMS website. Natural order also dictates that the curtain-raiser to the season, IMS Grand Finale, returns to the Old Town Dalt Vila on the evening of Friday 25 April. More news coming soon.
