Temporada de Danza - Dance shows @Cas Serres Auditorium

Known as 'Temporada de Danza de Ibiza', Ibiza Dance Season is back this autumn for its seventh edition. It is held in the auditorium of the Cultural Centre of Cas Serres, in Ibiza Town.
Taking place on Fridays and Sundays, it hosts an array of dance spectacles, featuring such styles as Spanish dance, contemporary, tap and flamenco. There are also shows designed specifically for children.

Sonorama Ribera goes to Ibiza

Time for a trim? Get the snip you need while taking part in a unique world-record-breaking event: Graceful Giving. Aimed at breaking the Guinness World Record for the most people styling hair simultaneously, it will see 1,200 hairstylists from around the planet, along with 600 volunteers, descend on Vara de Rey, in Ibiza Town, on 8 October.
The extraordinary event will allow those attending the opportunity to receive complimentary styling from world-class hair stylists at a 300-meter-long table set up along Vara de Rey, the main pedestrianised thoroughfare in the heart of the island's capital.
Further features of the evening include live music, captivating performances, and plenty of surprises.
Jazz Point Ibiza 2024 | International Jazz Festival
10 - 13 October
Hailing all Jazz fans! Jazz Point Ibiza 2024 is back again. Featuring some of the biggest names on the international Jazz scene, top venues, free workshops and more, this is a Jazz jamboree you won't want to miss.
Hosting venues include WOM Radio Café, in Santa Eulalia; The Standard Hotel Ibiza, in Ibiza Town; Safragell Agrotourism Hotel, near San Lorenzo; Teatro Ibiza and cultural centre, Can Ventosa, both in Ibiza Town.
As ever, in addition to top-notch performances, there will be “Master Classes” for local musicians at Can Ventosa on Saturday from 12:00.

Pujada a la Mola - Trail race in Formentera
12 October
Pujada a La Mola is a 10-km mountain race to and from Es Caló de Sant Agustí (Formentera), passing by the lighthouse of La Mola, on a scenic route.
It coincides with the day of El Pilar, the patron saint of the town of El Pilar de la Mola, at the highest point of the island.
The event is open to all categories.
Ibiza Cricket turns “Red for Ruth”
12 October
Ibiza Cricket Club will host the first international charity game for the Red for Ruth Foundation, founded by ex-England cricket captain Sir Andrew Strauss in memory of his wife, Ruth. The glittering event will feature a thrilling short-format five-team tournament showcasing top-level cricket talent from current and ex-professional players.
The day will conclude with a post-match BBQ, an auction, and a raffle offering exciting prizes such as boat trips, luxury hotel stays, and fine dining experiences. In addition to the matches, there will be cricket coaching clinics for kids, led by professional players, along with magic shows for the little ones. Oceanman open-water swim race @Cala Comte beach

Ibiza is hosting, once again, the world-famous Oceanman swim race this month. Taking place on the gorgeous sands of Cala Comte beach and surrounding islets, the race offers different lengths. These range from the challenging Oceanman 10 km and the Half Oceanman 5 km, to a Sprint 2 km, the Oceankids 500 m and the Oceanteams 3x500 m.

Ibiza Salt Fair: Ibiza, island of salt
