Dancefloor dame Honey Dijon has unveiled her plan to dazzle Club Chinois for the month of September, as she launches new party series Cozy here on Ibiza.
Although we don’t dare think that far ahead into the summer season (we’re only just getting started, right?) Honey Dijon presents Cozy is the exception.
Across all four Thursday nights in September, our Grammy-winning hostess will cultivate a space which embodies sex appeal, self-expression and a musical mantra set to free your inhibitions on the dancefloor.
Making it the perfect match for downtown glamour spot, Club Chinois and her illustrious party people.
As for the talent, Honey Dijon serves up veterans, shining up-and-coming talent and plenty of femme energy for all four dates.
Naturally there's several names from her affiliated Classic Music Co. camp. Chicago luminary Derrick Carter and long-standing friend and House music faithful Luke Solomon are two huge name drops. Omnipresent selector TSHA is another.
Kitty Amour adds flavours of Afro House into the mix alongside rhythmic sounds of Paula Tape, with another being one to watch Suze Ijó.
Those in the know might notice Cozy shares its title with the track Honey Dijon co-produced from Beyoncé's acclaimed 2022 album, and ode to the dancefloor, Renaissance. Yet another indelible mark "Mama" Honey Dijon’s influence has left on modern music.
As well as her music accolades, Honey Dijon is a defiant activist using her platform to voice for LGBTQIA communities in the arts and it’s this ethos of inclusivity that Cozy promotes.
