Starting tonight 11 January 2024 at 18:30, and continuing every Thursday until 14 March, the Association of DJs and Producers of Eivissa and Formentera (DIPEF) will be hosting a winter series of talks titled Music Industry Sessions at the trendy The Standard Ibiza Hotel in Vara de Rey.
The talks, presented by a veritable Who’s Who of Ibizan dance music industry gurus, are aimed at helping the residents of these islands to become more involved in the scene. A quick glance at the poster below will reveal a list of familiar names.
DJs, producers, promoters, A&Rs and marketers are all represented over the weeks, but the first event kicks off with one of the Island’s truly iconic personalities, former Space Ibiza owner Pepe Rosello.
Anyone seriously wishing to pursue a professional career in the music industry here would be advised to attend. There will be a wealth of practical knowledge and great contacts to tap into as each talk will guide you in every aspect of the business. And all are giving their advice for free…
