Did you make it out over Halloween? The Ibiza Spotlight team did and some of us still bear the self-inflicted scars, along with the prosthetic ones we wore for the festivities! Don't judge, it's been a long summer that's taken its toll.
While we are likely to be taking it easy this weekend, that doesn't mean you should. The dancefloor is calling at some of the island's most established party destinations, even if the likes of Ushuaïa, Amnesia and Pacha are off the menu for the time being.
Islanders just love to party, even in the cooler months. If you're here, whether as a resident or an out-of-season visitor, here's where you can cut loose this weekend.
Akasha, San Carlos (near Santa Eulalia)
Akasha has a big weekend lined up - and for good reason. On Saturday 4 November, the 300-person capacity space at Las Dalias celebrates its second anniversary as it continues its autumn series.
Yulia Niko and unders join Igor Marijuan to lead the celebrations on what's sure to be another memorable night.
If you can't wait until then, the fairer sex welcomes us into the weekend with an all-women cast for Venus on Friday night. Lotus Imane, Karuna, Gaya Brisa and Kandisha all play, while there will also be a female empowerment performance by Coco.
Rounding off the weekend, House Of Frequency is back with Feathered Sun (live) and their FEATHERED UNIVERSE. The action starts outside from midday with free entrance in the Las Dalias garden. Then acts including Jo.Ke and Ulises take us into the night from 21:00.
Club Chinois, Ibiza Marina
Club Chinois had a packed-out Halloween extravaganza on Tuesday for The Night of Shadows and that would have been a fitting end to the summer. However, the bourgeois club still has one more party left in it for 2023 - and it's a bit of a special line-up for the occasion.
Now that summer has ended, Ricardo Villalobos' exclusivity right with Pyramid has come to an end and TRIP has jumped at the opportunity to book him. Head promoter Johannes Goller and Villalobos go way back, thanks to their time at Cocoon, and they reunite here.
Swiss selector Sonja Moonear is the other respected name on the bill for the closing party part two, while Tuccillo is the man on warm-up duties.
This is set to be a worthy denouement to a fantastic season in Ibiza Marina.
Eden, San Antonio
After launching last weekend, Eden continues its Saturday night off-season programme with Isla Blanca Records' winter opening. Label head and all-round gadget man Lukaz Mac invites Scraby, Xavi Emparan, Lady Armina, Sir Ulik and live musicians for the season opener.
