Either by default or design, some things become tradition on Ibiza: inflatables being ridden down the West End during a heavy downpour, Solomun playing the port in September, scrambling for a taxi after DC10, Halloween at Pikes and elrow launching a new theme for its closing party.
Debuting at Amnesia on Saturday 30 September is Dance With The Serpent.
Exactly what that entails, we guess you'll have to come along to find out. Although we can say with some authority that it will include lots of props, custom decoration, actors weaving through the crowd and more confetti than you can shake a stick at.
Theme aside, the line-up has also dropped.
Ilario Alicante takes charge of elrow City (AKA the Main Room) to play all night long. Next door on the Terraza, Amnesia favourite Adam Beyer, the versatile Joris Voorn and BBC Radio 1 presenter Sarah Story join elrow residents Toni Varga and Bastian Bux.
For our money, that also makes it one of the most enticing elrow line-ups musically this summer. Certainly both Techno and Tech House will be on the agenda.
In previous summers, Delusionville and Kaos Garden have both been introduced to elrow audiences, and now stand among its most popular parties.
Much like those latest additions, Dance With The Serpent is a collaboration with a contemporary artist. This time its the creation of Nychos, an Austrian illustrator and graffiti artist known for his translucent styles, often portraying animals in a pop art style.
By the time we've finished dancing on the morning of 1 October, we may well have a new favourite theme ourselves.
Tickets for Dance With The Serpent and the remaining dates on the elrow calendar are on sale now and available below.
