Old sage Nick Warren has defied the decades by remaining as popular today as he's ever been in his 30+ year career. Trends in dance music have come, gone and come back in that time, but Nick has never been swayed by whatever has been flavour of the month.
He keeps his Ibiza dates limited and picks and chooses his parties, which always attract a knowledgeable and passionate crowd. His next appearance definitely ticks all those boxes.
The Prog master joins Kintar at Las Dalias this coming Friday 19 May, for the Summerians opening party.
The last time we caught Nick play in San Carlos, he was testing the capabilities of Akasha's on-point sound system. Though this time, we fancy seeing him outside and under the stars in the hippy hangout's garden for some alfresco magic. Maybe we'll be lucky and get both?
This huge booking doesn't only mark the first Summerians party of summer, but its debut at Las Dalias.
The party previously made a name for itself at Blue Marlin, while also throwing a series of successful parties at exotic worldwide locations, including Savaya Bali, Phi Beach Sardinia, Vagalume Tulum and Aman New York.
Taking native instruments from different cultures, mixing them with synthesisers and creating a distinctive electronic sound, Kintar's sound is perfect for Las Dalias. Add Nick Warren's repertoire and we have all the makings of an intimate classic off the beaten track and away from the mass market offering of the south of the island.
Outdoors starts from 19:00 in the evening, moving inside to Akasha at 23:30.
