As well as a fantastic gourmet offering of fine wines, signature cocktails, and delightful modern Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, the Nikki Beach Ibiza team has plenty of spectacular surprises planned including mesmerising live music performances, acrobatics, and rousing DJ sets.
San Juan Dinner
On 23 June, celebrate one of Spain’s most traditional and romantic nights: the annual San Juan bonfire night! One of the most important dates in the Spanish summer calendar, it is the shortest night of the year and surrounded by ancient folklore and mystic rituals.
Nikki Beach Ibiza honours the occasion with live music, enchanting entertainment and breathtaking fire shows while you dine on a specially curated Mediterranean dinner menu. Reservations are required.
MOVIE NIGHTS
Throughout June and July, cosy up under the moonshine for a fun-filled movie night featuring a selection of blockbusters across three dates. On 30 June, 7 and 28 July, at 8 pm it’s time to grab the popcorn and settle in for cinema under the stars.
FULL MOON Dinner Nights
Meanwhile, foodies will be Over The Moon to sample the spectacular culinary skills of Michelin Star Chef Thibault Sombardier. Hailing from France, the talented kitchen maestro is known for his love of fresh produce and for bridging the gap between haute cuisine and bistronomy. A very special tasting menu awaits on Wednesday, 13 July, from 8 pm.
The next full moon dinner event titled To The Moon And Back takes place on Thursday, 11 August at 8 pm, details will soon be announced, but you can be sure to dance under twinkling lights and a constellation-filled sky with cocktails that are out of this world.
